Lightning Crashes

This is an acrylic dutch pour on canvas. My goal was to capture the electric feel of lightning crashing in the dark of night. Using metallic purples and turquoise, silver and a touch of deep blue. This piece shimmers and glows in the sunshine! Coated with a coat of resin to keep it protected. It is mounted in a custom made floating frame.
